Otee.
An online laundry service designed end to end: three mobile apps, a website with a shop, a kiosk till and the dashboard that runs it all, on one design system.
Our lead's work before Sena: the sole product designer for Otee, 2025–26. Not a Sena client project.

Five products for five kinds of people — customers, drivers, station staff, kiosk users and the operations team — had to feel like one service. Our lead designed all of them, from the first sitemap to the system the developers built from.
Five audiences, one service.
An order moves from a customer booking it, to a driver collecting it, to a station cleaning it, and back. Each step belongs to a different person on a different screen. The work was making that hand-off invisible.

One system, five products.
Each product has its own Figma file, and every file draws on one design system. Developers, the product team and stakeholders worked from the same parts, so a change to a button changed it everywhere.
