Is it the right project?

  • You have an idea or a prototype and need a first release people can use.
  • The release needs accounts, a database and one integration, such as payments or an AI service.
  • You want the code in your repository and the product on your own accounts.

If not, another project may suit you better.

  • Your own developers will build it?Product interface
  • Need a brand and a marketing site too?Product with brand and website

Who does what.

One lead stays with the project from brief to launch. How we work

You bring

  1. 1The problem, the people it is for, and what the first release must do
  2. 2Accounts for hosting, the database and any paid service, in your name
  3. 3The content, data and access the product needs
  4. 4Decisions at each review, from someone who can make them

We do

  1. 1User flows, the interface and a design system to grow on
  2. 2Accounts, the database and one integration, engineered end to end
  3. 3Code review and tests against the requirements we agree
  4. 4Launch on your accounts, written setup guidance, and 14 days of defect corrections

A product we built.

Lissoss is an AI analyst for websites: it reads a site's analytics and explains where visitors get lost. We designed and engineered the product and its brand, and this site uses it for its own analytics, with consent. The dashboard and sessions are shown with sample data.

Built with AI, or building AI in?

We use AI throughout delivery: research, options, code and drafts, with people deciding and reviewing each one. That is how we work, not something you are buying.

An AI feature inside your product is a scope of its own. Before it is built we agree what it should do, how its answers are checked, which data it may use and what it costs to run. More AI workflows, model training and specialist data work are quoted separately.

Questions.

What is a focused first release?
The smallest version of the product that does its main job for real users: accounts, a database and one integration, such as payments or an AI service. Further features, integrations and complex data migration are quoted separately, so the first release ships.
Do you publish to the App Store or Google Play?
No. App store releases and hosting services are outside our standard scope. The product runs on the web, on your own accounts.
Who owns what you make?
Everything we make for you, once the project is paid in full, as your agreement states: designs, the code in your repository, tests and written setup guidance. The product runs on your accounts, never ours.
What happens after launch?
For 14 days after handover we correct defects against the agreed scope at no extra cost. Care covers small fixes and dependency updates each month; new features are a new scope, quoted before they start.
