Who you are buying from
Sena is run by Sena Studio, LLC, a limited liability company registered in Delaware, USA. Its address is 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA. You can write to hello@pleurat.com, or reply to any email from Sena.
What Sena sells
Sena sells design templates as downloadable files. You are buying a licence to use them, not ownership of them. Every template stays the work of the person who made it.
The templates, their previews and this site are protected by copyright. Copying, cloning or reproducing a template, or any part of its design, code or content, without a licence for it is strictly prohibited. The Licences page says exactly what a licence allows.
Where a template has been tested in an AI tool, its listing names the tool and the date of the most recent test. That date is the claim being made — nothing is asserted about a tool that is not listed, or about a version of a tool released after the test.
Buying
Templates are sold through Link (Sold through Link, LLC), Stripe’s checkout service, as the seller of record. Link takes the payment, adds any VAT or sales tax due in your country on top of the price, sends your receipt and tax invoice, and answers questions about the payment. Sena Studio, LLC makes and delivers the template and grants the licence. In the few countries Link does not serve, such as Kosovo and China, Sena Studio, LLC sells to you directly and takes the payment through Stripe. Card details never reach Sena’s servers.
You may buy without an account. What you bought is attached to the email address you gave, and signing in with that address later gives you access to it.
Delivery
Files are available immediately after payment, in your library. Download links are generated when you click them and expire a few minutes later. There is a daily cap per purchase, which exists to make a shared account useless rather than to limit you.
Because delivery is immediate, checkout asks you to tick one sentence: “I want the files as soon as I have paid, and I understand that I then lose my 14-day right to cancel.” That is how the 14-day right of withdrawal, which would otherwise apply to a digital purchase in the EU and UK, ends once the files are yours; the receipt confirms it. Refunds for problems are unaffected — see refunds.
Updates
Every version we release of a template you own is yours too, at no cost, and older versions stay in your library. There is no subscription, and the licence you bought does not expire.
A template may be withdrawn from sale at any time — most often because a test stopped passing. That does not affect anyone who already owns it: the licence stands and the downloads keep working.
If Sena ever stops selling templates altogether, everyone who owns one will be told by email at least 90 days before downloads end, so there is time to keep a copy. What you have downloaded stays yours to use under its licence.
What is not promised
Templates are provided as they are. No template is promised to be free of defects, to suit a particular purpose, or to work with a tool that is not listed.
Sena’s liability is limited to what you paid for the template in question. Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot be limited by law, and if you are a consumer, nothing here takes away the rights the law gives you when something you bought is faulty or not as described.
Accounts
Sign-in is by emailed link, by a password you choose, or by a connected Google account. You are responsible for keeping your password, and the inbox that receives sign-in links, secure.
An account may be closed if it is used to redistribute files, and redistributing ends the licence, because it takes the work away from the person who made it. A refund also ends the licence for what was refunded: it leaves your library.
Changes
These terms may change. The version that applies to a purchase is the one published when the purchase was made, and the date at the top of this page is when it last changed.
