Codex was among the largest products at Gjirafa. Design and engineering had drifted apart and the interface had aged. As lead product designer, our lead reset the workflow between the teams and rebuilt the product on a new design system.

Design tokens were synced with the developers through GitHub, content models became drag-and-drop, and one multi-brand design system replaced a drift of one-off screens.
